How do I stop Step City reading my steps?

iPhone: Health app → Profile → Privacy → Apps → Step City. Android: Health Connect → App permissions → Step City.

How do I delete my town and step data?

Profile → Reset city deletes your town and step file from this phone; uninstalling deletes everything.

Why are my earlier steps missing?

Steps are counted from the day you connect. Earlier history is not read.

How do I delete my purchase record?

Email suleyman@craftmindco.com and we will have the record RevenueCat holds deleted.
